Enjoy The Colours Of New Brunswick Canada In The Fall
I have seen some gorgeous country side in my life time but non have touched my heart as much as New Brunswick landscapes.
The Autumn colours of New Brunswick just can’t be beat as the changing of the trees from summer colours to mind blowing picture postcard colours of autumn.
The first time I travelled to New Brunswick was late summer but not before the leaves had started to change. If you thought it was beautiful during the winter and summer you haven’t seen it until you see it in the fall when the leaves are such brilliant colours.
I would recommend you take a trip through New Brunswick in the fall by train and you will know just how happy it made me feel to see all the colours of fall. This trip I planned for the fall so that I could experience the scenic beauty again. It was like having my own guided tour while I was on the train.
As we were leaving Toronto, Canada it was dark. It wasn’t much time on the train, about a half hour I think, and we came into a very low flat area. It was so cool to see absolutely nothing in the dark and then in an instant the sky was as bright as day from the lightening.
It was so awesome that the train actually stopped so we could watch the lightening bolts. I have seen lightening that was as spectacular but only on TV and it just wasn’t the same. I’ll never forget that night, ever.
After a few minutes of light show we moved on and I went to sleep. The view in front of me was so awesome when I opened my eyes I could feel the tears coming.
It was a very foggy morning but not so much so that I couldn’t see the vast number of trees that were showing every colour of the rainbow. It reminded me of a rain forest but with a million colours instead of vast green areas.
I woke up to see the prettiest scenery I can ever remember seeing, even post cards couldn’t match the view.
I have lived in New Brunswick now for 25 years and it was all about the year round beauty but the fall colours convinced me.
If you are looking to travel somewhere that will stay in your mind and heart for a lifetime I highly recommend a road trip through the province of New Brunswick in the fall once the leaves have changed.
